Meet Cailin

A life shaped by hair, earth, and the sacred everyday

I’m based in rural Western Australia, building a life that feels closer to the earth.

I started as a hairdresser. That world taught me how deeply beauty is tied to identity, self-worth, ritual, and the way people move through their lives.

Somewhere along the way, I stepped away, explored, questioned everything, and eventually came back to something simpler: hair, garden, and the sacred everyday.

My happy place is in the garden. Sometimes I’m planting. Sometimes I’m building. Sometimes I’m just standing there, feet in the soil, doing nothing at all.

That feeling of being grounded, held, and reconnected is at the heart of everything I create.

A Note from Me

I didn’t grow up thinking I’d write books

I was the dyslexic kid. Writing wasn’t the obvious path.

But I’ve always had ambition in my bones, and I’ve always felt things deeply.

These books didn’t come from trying to become an author. They came from needing something and realising it didn’t exist the way I needed it to.

I wanted to create something that showed people beauty doesn’t have to start in a bottle. It can start in the soil, in the hands, in the ritual, and in the process of growing something yourself.

There is something powerful about standing in a garden and feeling like your ancestors are behind you. That sense of connection changed me, and I wanted to pass that on in a way that felt practical, beautiful, and real.

This book is for people who want beauty to feel more grounded, more intentional, and more connected to the earth.

Rise, Goddess

Strength when you need it most

Rise, Goddess came from a much deeper place.

I’ve always been drawn to goddesses, their stories, their power, their pain, and the way they hold strength even through tragedy.

I wrote this book because I needed it.

I’ve struggled with infertility, and that brings a kind of quiet grief that is hard to explain. Some days, it makes you feel broken. Less than. Like you’re not enough.

And in those moments, I needed something to hold onto. Something that reminded me I wasn’t alone, and that strength could still exist even on the days I couldn’t feel it.

Because if there’s a goddess anywhere, she is probably just you on a day where you remembered who you are.

What I Believe

You do not have to fit into one path to find your power

I believe in sustainability, empowerment, innovation, culture, and creating a life that feels more meaningful.

I believe you can feel deeply connected to practices, philosophies, and ways of living that resonate with you, even if they were not handed to you directly.

My gardens are built with intention. My land is built with intention. My life is built with intention.

And I think that matters. Finding what feels true for you. Finding what gives you strength. Finding what helps you remember who you are.
