Twelve months ago, we did not know where the road would lead.
We just knew we had to start walking it.
We sold our home in Brabham. We travelled the bottom end of Western Australia. We fell in love with the land. We travelled overseas and realised how much more of the world we still wanted to see.
Then we moved to a patch of land in Katanning.
We set up in a caravan.
Not our forever.
A foundation.
And somewhere between dust, beeswax, business plans and big dreams, The AllWays Bag™ began.
Building more than a business
One day, that land will hold two modular homes and two factories.
One for our eco beauty manufacturing hub.
One for The AllWays Bag™.
Because we do not just want to build a business.
We want to bring jobs to the community we now call home.
We want to build slowly, carefully and intentionally.
We want to prove that regional ideas can become national conversations.
The question that started everything
The AllWays Bag™ was never meant to be a product.
It started as a whisper.
A wild idea on a quiet walk.
What if the packaging wasn’t packaging at all?

What if it was water-resistant?
What if it was designed to stay?

Built by hand with wax and willpower
There was no factory.
No big budget.
No fast lane.
Just a caravan, beeswax and a husband-and-wife team cutting, stitching, waxing and dreaming.
We trialled ingredients.
Burnt a few fingers.
Broke a sewing machine.
Laughed. Cried. Kept going.
Now it is real.
Patent pending. Circular by design. Built for more than just us.
This is more than a bag
