Refund & Shipping Policy

At Cooper Delivered, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund and shipping policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a purchase.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts four days. If four days have passed since our cut-off date of the 13th of the month, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For more information on your rights as a consumer, visit the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on boxes and mailers due to a change of mind. Please do not send individual products in your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Return Process: If you contact us within three days of the cut-off, we will email you to notify you that we have received your request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cooperdelivered.com.au.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Returns: To return your product, contact us at info@cooperdelivered.com.au. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Shipping from Perth: We process all orders from our store within 24 hours every working day. Subscription orders are only processed once a month. The delivery date is from the 15th of each month. You will receive tracking advice in your email informing you of your order and delivery status.

 

Subscription Boxes

Your box is sent out the week of the 15th of each month. You will get an email to say once your order has been shipped. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly or if you fail to pick up your Cooper Delivered box from your local post office following attempted deliveries. All purchases made on our website will be given a tracking number via email to locate your order.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. If you want a box sent overseas, please contact info@cooperdelivered.com.au. Cooper Delivered will not pay for shipping worldwide; please see estimated delivery times and cost at checkout. You are responsible for any import costs.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
