How long do bars last?
On average, shampoo bars last around 60+ washes and conditioner bars can last up to 80 washes, depending on hair length, storage, and how much product you use.
Are they suitable for all hair types?
Yes — straight, wavy, curly, fine, thick, and colour-treated hair can all use bars. The key is choosing the right bar and using it with the right technique.
How do I store bars properly?
Use a well-draining dish and keep bars out of pooled water so they can dry fully between uses.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Products are never tested on animals. Check individual product pages for full ingredient and product details.
Can I use bars with a sensitive scalp?
Many people can, but every scalp is unique. Check the ingredient list carefully and patch test where needed.

Will this actually work for my hair?
Yes — but it may not feel exactly like liquid shampoo straight away. Shampoo bars clean differently, and sometimes your hair needs a short adjustment period.
That does not automatically mean it is not working. It usually means your hair is resetting from what it has been used to.
What if I try it and don’t like it at first?
That can happen with any new hair product, especially when the format is different. The biggest things that help are choosing the right bar for your hair and using the right technique.
Most people do not need more product — they need the right product, used properly.
Will my hair feel clean without big foam?
Yes. Foam is not the same as clean.

Why does my bar not lather like liquid shampoo?
Fully soak your hair first, then lather the bar in your hands or swipe it gently across the scalp. If you have hard water, it may take a little longer to build the lather you are used to.
Why does my hair feel waxy or heavy?
This can happen during transition while old buildup lifts and your scalp oil balance adjusts.

Hair feels dry or tangled — what should I do?
Use conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends, avoid over-cleansing, and brush before washing to help reduce tangles.
My bar is mushy. What now?
Move it to a draining dish and keep it out of direct water spray so it can dry between uses.
How long does transition take?
Usually around 1–3 weeks, depending on your routine, water type, buildup level, and overall hair condition.
Are bars suitable for hard water?
Yes. Use more water, lather longer, and rinse thoroughly. An occasional clarifying rinse can also help if your water is very hard.
